VMLY&R created a movement called “Dear Black Talent” as an effort to address the massive inequality problem in the advertising industry. We submitted the following video and entry landing page explaining the project to the Webby Awards where I wrote the script, provided creative direction and wrote the landing page. We only had one week to pull this all together.
